JIM BROUTZOS

Contractor

Jim has been a California licensed General Contractor since 1980 (License No. 604279) and has over 40 years’ experience in commercial and residential construction. 

 

Since 1986, Jim has been the president of Wildwood Development Corporation in San Diego.  Wildwood Development Corporation has built multi-million dollar projects including multi-family buildings, single family homes, remodels and reconstruction, tenant improvement, fire and flood restoration, and high-end residential, commercial and mixed use buildings. 

 

Jim is also an expert in all aspects of wood framed buildings, and has long been recognized for his special expertise in difficult terrain and hillside sites.  Jim has served as an expert witness in various construction litigation disputes from 1998 through the present.
